Finding Hidden Treasures @ Attic Brew, SS2

It's that time of the year again when the heat is unbearable and you just can't bear to sit outside with your dog....

With that thought in mind, le bf sought advice on Facebook for new places to go with Bella in PJ. Attic Brew came up and off we went. 

Located along the same row as Kayu Nasi Kandar in Chow Yang, SS2, Attic Brew is a cosy, upstairs cafe hidden above A'Perfetto.

Walking in, we were greeted by the friendly proprietors who welcomed us in with exclamations on Bella's size.

On your left, there is a cool, outdoor seating for you and your pet if you feel the need to be seated separately. 

We decided to take a seat outside since Bella was going through her heavy shedding stage. On the wall, we noticed some house rules for bringing pets along. 

Since I was the only peckish one, I ordered the Banana Apple Crumble cake. 

Soft, moist and oh so yummy... definitely a treat to be had! So they may have a limited menu (think coffee, tea & cakes only) but the cake was delish!

A few days later, I decided to drop by by myself to enjoy the cool air cond and try out their pork lasagna. 

Reviews were right! The lasagna was amazingly dense and stuffed full of porky goodness. They did not skimp on the filling or the cheese sauce and small eaters could easily share one portion. The juices are fresh, with no added sugar as well so good choice for your daily dose of vitamins. 

For those looking for a filling meal, you can ask to order downstairs from A'Perfetto and have the food brought up. Attic Brew and A'Perfetto have the same management so they have no issues if you're looking to order up. 

Besides the comfy setting and good food, Attic Brew have their very own resident Husky puppy, Cyrus.

Just a four month old puppy, Cyrus is still finding himself and in the mood to play. Everytime he meets Bella, he will try to get her attention and end up barking, howling and merajuk-ing when she ignores him. Super cute and fluffy with soft soft soft puppy fur. 

So all in all, a good place to bring your furkid to enjoy the air conditioning this coming hot Chinese New Year.
